Roadway gets slow and Bill makes the move to Yellow Transportation

In November 2003 after Yellow Freight purchased Roadway Express, business at Roadway slowed to the point where I was working only two or three days a week. I started to look for other work to supplement and developed a relationship with the people at Yellow Transportation in Manassas Va. They convinced me that I should join them full time. So, after a year at Roadway, I switched over. We are still Teamsters Local 639 out of Washington DC and that is good news for my benefits and retirement.
