It has been a privilege, to have experienced a career that offered the full spectrum of perspective in organizational behavior. From senior level management to blue collar labor to entrepreneur, participation in all components of the commercial logistics, warehousing/distribution, general transportation, and the motor carrier industrial segments has enabled broad reaching expertise in information technology, general business systems, finance, sales/marketing, human resources and labor relations.
Value added to an organization is to lead the Management Team, articulate their vision of the future, achieve consensus on strategic plans to realize that vision, and to organize and implement those strategic plans, while managing the human side of change.
As an Enterprise Architect, systems integration through information technology has been the challenge, team motivation, my specialty, customer-relations, a pleasure, and the Federal Register, my guidebook.
